I offer freelance website design, WordPress development, SEO, digital marketing, and related services. All services are subject to separate project agreements that outline scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Project Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Prices are starting points and may vary based on project requirements.
  • 50% upfront payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before launch.

4. Revisions

The number of revisions included depends on the project package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions are defined as changes within the agreed scope, not new features or design changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide content, images, and other materials in a timely manner.
  • Review work and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Provide access to hosting, domain, and third-party accounts as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered work. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

7. Refund Policy

The upfront payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. If the project is cancelled before completion, the client is billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or my services. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Third-Party Services

I am not responsible for third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or external APIs. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts and subscriptions.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
